2. Description of Service

VoltPay India provides a platform for users to pay their electricity bills to various Electricity Boards across India. We act as an intermediary facilitator for payments and are not the electricity provider itself.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the payment process, including your Consumer Number and payment details. You are responsible for ensuring that the bill details fetched correspond to your actual connection before proceeding with payment.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

• Processing Time: Payments typically reflect within minutes, but may take up to 2 working days depending on the biller.
• Failed Transactions: If an amount is deducted but the transaction fails, the amount will be automatically refunded to the source account within 7-10 working days.

5. Limitation of Liability

VoltPay India shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You should check this page regularly. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
